If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email aussiehoops@basketball.net.au stating your order number and reason and one of our customer service team members will assist and provide return details.

You may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund providing the following is met:
1. Original proof of purchase, a receipt, is supplied
2. Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with any tags still attached
3. Goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.

Goods must be received prior to action being made. We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit (we suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post) or the postage costs associated in returning the unwanted goods.
